Fishing ports have always inspired me. This is evident from the series of photographs shared on this site. And sometimes, the subjects are not quite what one might first imagine in such places.
Here, there is no sea, no boats. The tight frames that make up this series consist solely of splashes of paint—found in the spots where boats in dry dock are repainted. I take pleasure in capturing these works, both abstract and ephemeral.
